Audra Nealon
LCSW, Director of Operations 

As Director of Operations at Provive Wellness, Audra Nealon, LCSW, combines her background in therapy and leadership to help both clients and treatment teams thrive. Her career has spanned all levels of care, including group and community outpatient practice, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and inpatient mental health care, giving her a well-rounded perspective on supporting recovery and wellness. 

Audra is deeply committed to reducing stigma around mental health and substance use, advocating for emotional and holistic wellness, and bringing creativity into the healing process. With a foundation in music therapy, she especially values the role of expressive arts in helping people connect, heal, and grow. Her leadership style emphasizes compassion and collaboration, supporting both clients and teams in fostering growth, resilience, and well-being. 

When she’s not leading programs or working alongside her team, Audra enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and being physically active. 

Noel LeBeau, MHA National Director of Business Development

Noel has worked in the substance use disorder field since 2016 holding several roles in recovery support, clinical, operations, management & business development. Through these roles he has focused on saving as many lives as possible by dismantling the obstacles that prevent people from receiving the transformative care they deserve. Noel currently has over a decade of sobriety himself understanding the pain, misery and suffering that individuals with a substance use or mental health disorder endure. He has witnessed firsthand the daunting barriers and stigmas that hinder individuals from seeking help. He is committed to walking hand in hand with every individual, family, and partner to carry a powerful message of hope in recovery. Striving to make recovery accessible and standing as a beacon of hope for all those on their journey to healing.

Rakesh Amin, M.D.  Medical Director

Dr. Amin, an Oklahoma native, pursued his undergraduate years at University of Texas in Austin. He then completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Florida. Dr. Amin is dedicated to helping those with mental and behavioral health needs. He enjoys mentoring other Healthcare Professionals and supporting the community through Psychiatric Medicine. An avid outdoorsman, Dr. Amin has a particular interest in running, hiking, playing sports, and travel. With a focus on healthy living, Dr. Amin shares his passion and approach to a balanced lifestyle with his patients. He currently practices psychiatry in Nashville, Tennessee.

Abbey Dew
PMHNP, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Abbey Dew is a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a deep passion for mental health and addiction recovery. She graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel University in 2019 and spent the next six years working in a hospital setting, caring for step-down PCU and medical-surgical patients. During this time, she also had the opportunity to work at a dual-diagnosis facility, where I treated detox and residential patients, further honing my skills in addiction and mental health care.

In 2022, She decided to pursue my PMHNP, and graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University in 2024. Mental health and addiction medicine has been her passion since nursing school. Her desire to make a difference was deeply influenced by personal experiences with the loss of loved ones to addiction and by her own battles with anxiety and depression. As a PMHNP, I am committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction. She believes in the power of individualized care and that everyone deserves to live a life they are proud of—one that is fulfilling and joyful. Recovery looks different for everyone, and is truly grateful to be part of that transition in someone’s life, offering support and guidance when they need it most.

James Balsarek
LMSW, Therapist 

James is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) specializing in trauma-informed care for young adults navigating complex mental health challenges. Currently serving as a therapist at Provive Wellness, James brings a deeply humanistic and experiential approach to therapy, integrating modalities such as AEDP, IFS, DBT, and existential psychotherapy with evidence-based frameworks like CBT and SFBT. 

James’s practice centers on co-regulation, nervous system attunement, and meaning-making, drawing heavily on Polyvagal Theory and relational neuroscience. His clinical focus includes trauma recovery, identity development, and emotional integration in the context of relational repair. 

Outside of the therapy office, James serves as co-lead for Action Team 3 of Tennessee’s Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Financing and Policy Initiative, where he advocates for developmentally responsive systems of care. 

James is currently receiving clinical supervision towards his LCSW and is committed to a lifelong integration of research, practice, and lived experience in service of healing and human connection. 

Cameron B. Collins
Substance Abuse Counselor

Conceived in Seattle, WA, and born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Cameron jokes about his transcontinental traveling occurring before birth. Since he was a toddler, however, Middle Tennessee has been home. Growing up to a dentist father and hygienist mother, Cameron graduated from Gallatin High School in 1987 and Volunteer State Community College in 1990 with a degree in communications and an emphasis on journalism. For the next 13 years, newspaper deadlines dominated his days in writing about sports, government, education, crime, and human interest. During that span, he met and married the love of his life, Suzanne, an elementary educator in Dickson County, now their home. They had one son, Cooper, a second-semester freshman at University of the South and a college athlete. Cameron and Suzanne have been married more than 27 years. In addition to journalism, Cameron has been a manufacturing factory supervisor, car salesman, and has spent the last four years in support of addition recovery, first as a residential behavioral technician (a year), and the last three years as an outpatient clinician. He anticipates becoming a LADAC I in late 2025. Cameron’s mantra comes from a pair of quotes provided by Theodore Roosevelt and Maya Angelou: “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” [Roosevelt] and “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Chelonda Webster
Therapist

Chelonda is a Nashville native also known as a “unicorn.” She enjoys binge watching classic shows (ER, Law and Order SVU, and The Have and Have Nots), vacationing to theme parks and truly enjoys rollercoasters, spending time with family, cooking, and football "Titan Up!" She is married with two amazing children and is a fur mom to one small but fierce Frenchie. She has an undergrad in Criminal Justice from the Tennessee State University in 2015. (Go Big Blue) She has a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2021 and is currently pursuing licensure (LPC-MHSP). She began her career in mental health and substance abuse after interning with the Tennessee Board of Parole. It was there that she was impacted by hearing countless inmates’ stories of recidivism due to struggles with mental health and addiction. Rather than continuing to be a part of what she saw as a problem, she decided to pursue a degree that would allow her to be a helping hand.  She was also heavily impacted by losing a family member to overdose in 2020.  She has been working with clients in both residential and outpatient settings since 2017. After hearing countless stories of unresolved childhood trauma, she decided to step away from serving adult clients and into the realm of working with children. She is currently working full-time as a mental health provider within the public-school system and worked previously in Metro Nashville Public Schools and currently Williamson County Schools. She has experience working with various populations of clients including children from ages 5 to 17, adults, LGBTQ. addiction, and mental health. Chelonda has been employed part-time with Provive Wellness since March 2025. Her favorite quote is “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. "I'm often asked how I juggle working in two vastly different settings. When you do what you love, it never feels like work." Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. Caitlyn Fisher
LMSW, Psychotherapist

Caitlyn Fisher, LMSW, is a licensed psychotherapist in Brentwood, Tennessee, known for her thoughtful, attuned approach and strong clinical insight. Caitlyn specializes in trauma-informed care, working with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, substance use and relapse prevention, and complex mood and personality disorders. She has experience supporting veterans, families, and individuals healing from emotional, physical, and religious trauma, as well as narcissistic abuse. Her work also extends to couples navigating  infidelity, and relational repair. Her approach is integrative and highly individualized, drawing from evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS. As a Certified Brainspotting practitioner, Caitlyn offers advanced trauma processing that helps clients move through patterns that can feel deeply rooted or difficult to access through traditional talk therapy alone. Caitlyn is especially passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults navigating identity, addiction, self-worth, and social pressures, as well as adults exploring life transitions, grief, including grief tied to unmet childhood needs, and inner child healing. She brings a nuanced understanding of neurodivergence, systemic barriers, and issues of access and equity into her work. Her style is warm, grounded, and perceptive, balancing compassion with clarity in a way that helps clients feel both safe and empowered. Clients often find that she is able to gently name what feels hard to articulate, offering insight that opens the door for real transformation. Caitlyn graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Ohio State University and earned her bachelor’s degree Cum Laude from Lipscomb University.

Allyson Linforth
LMSW, Therapist

Allyson Linforth, LMSW, is a dedicated psychotherapist specializing in substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders, veteran care, and high risk behaviors. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida International University. Allyson has experience in both residential and outpatient facilities. Allyson is known for her compassionate, client centered approach, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and create sustainable change. Her approach is integrative and draws upon several evidence based modalities including DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and CPT. With a focus on high quality, individualized care, Allyson strives to meet each client where they are and walk with them toward meaningful progress in their recovery journey.

Karenna Mansour
MSW, Therapist

Karenna is a Michigan native who earned both her B.S. in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience and her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). Outside of her work, she enjoys going to the movies (especially for the popcorn) and experimenting with new baking recipes. Karenna’s educational and personal background shape her passion for understanding the connection between brain, behavior, and environment, which she thoughtfully integrates into her clinical work. She brings a genuine sense of curiosity and empathy to her practice, allowing her to meet clients where they are while helping them make sense of their experiences in a deeper, more meaningful way. She values authenticity, equity, and connection in the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a space where clients feel truly understood, respected, and supported. Karenna works collaboratively with clients, fostering a sense of partnership as they navigate challenges and move toward healing and growth. Karenna has experience working with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of mental health, substance use, and process addiction concerns. She has a particular passion for supporting clients working through grief, avoidance patterns, and major life transitions including transitions into older age. Her work is grounded in helping clients better understand themselves, both internally and in the context of their ecosystems, while building the skills needed to create meaningful, sustainable change. Her approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based modalities that aid in increasing emotional awareness, identifying patterns that may be keeping clients stuck, and developing tangible strategies to move towards healing. She works collaboratively with clients to gently challenge the behaviors that aren’t in alignment with personal values, supporting them in taking manageable steps toward the lives they want to build. Karenna is deeply committed to creating an open, affirming, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. She is passionate about providing LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC-affirming care that honors the identity, lived experience, and cultural context that impacts mental health. She also brings an awareness of systemic factors and barriers into her work, striving to support clients with both compassion and cultural responsiveness.

Jasmine Cain
M.A., Group Facilitator 

Jasmine Cain, M.A., has served as a Mental Health Specialist for over 15 years. In 2007, she graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Psychology degree, and in 2009, she graduated from the Adler School of Professional Psychology with a Master of Counseling Psychology degree. In 2012, she traveled to Brazil, where she studied transpersonal therapy and dance therapy. She enjoys incorporating her vast knowledge of movement into the therapeutic experience, often adding dance, yoga, and mindfulness practices into group therapy sessions. 

A holistic approach allows Jasmine to support clients as they discover the belief systems that ultimately shape their thoughts and behaviors. Her primary goal is to support clients as they embark on a therapeutic journey that fosters self-awareness. 

Her approach to therapy can best be described by her favorite quote -- “When we are aware, we are empowered. When we are empowered, change is inevitable.” 

Tracey Thomas
Case Manager

Tracey who is a Nashville Native has worked in Healthcare since 2007 but for the last 5 years she has worked in the Mental Health and Substance abuse field. I have learned so much about addiction as a disease and the role mental health and trauma play in this disease. I have an immense place in my heart for helping to break the stigma of mental health struggles, having both experienced depression and anxiety personally and having several people very close to me struggle with addiction and Mental Health. I believe recovery is possible for everyone and I consider it an honor and privilege to be able to play a very small part in the recovery journey. I want to let each and every one who I talk to on the phone with or who walk through our door that they are not alone. I am a mother to a beautiful daughter; I love to cook and spend time with my family

Donna Francis
Office Manager

With 25 years of experience in practice management, Donna Francis brings a steady presence and an approachable style to her role as Office Manager at Provive Wellness. Known for her warm smile and calm, friendly demeanor, she creates a welcoming environment for both staff and clients.

She excels at keeping operations running smoothly, supporting the team and clients with efficiency and care, and ensuring the office remains an organized, positive space where everyone can do their best work.

Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her 9 grandchildren and exploring new places with her husband, feeding their love of travel.

Christy Murrell
Senior Business Development Representative

Christy has been a fierce Recovery advocate since 2020, serving in various capacities including mobile assessor, Admissions Supervisor, alumni coordinator, and business development. Her primary goal has been to apply her personal experiences to drive positive change. Christy has triumphed over a decade-long struggle with addiction and mental health. Her personal experience with loss due to substance use disorder and mental health struggles within her family has inspired her to aid others in their recovery. With over 5 years of recovery, Christy is devoted to supporting our clients throughout their personal recovery journey. Christy's story embodies the power of recovery.

Chelsea Follis | BS
Business Development Representative

Chelsea Follis is a committed behavioral health expert specializing in business development and admissions. Since 2017, she has been involved in substance use disorder and mental health treatment, assisting individuals and families in their recovery journey and facilitating access to essential support services. Chelsea possesses a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and client engagement, shaped by her academic studies in Organizational Leadership at the University of Memphis and her personal experience with long-term recovery. She is dedicated to fostering relationships that connect individuals to impactful, transformative care.

Deidre Cochran
Intake Coordinator

Deidre relocated to Brentwood, TN from Bronx, NY in July 2025, where she spent six years working in the mental health and substance use field. She earned her BA in Psychology from the City University of New York, Lehman College. Although she didn't originally plan to go into this line of work, she found her way into it and quickly fell in love with helping others make meaningful changes in their lives. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals who are ready to take that first step and invest in themselves. Deidre is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment for clients as they transition into a new phase of their lives. She believes that "progress is a process". Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and trying great food. She's also a big fan of spooky podcasts, with "Dr. No Sleep" being her go-to for a good scare.
